3. Booking and Payment
 

All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking platform.

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking using accepted card payment methods.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
 

4. Refund Policy
 

Customers are entitled to a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course commencement date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins.

If Tutoring with Mrs P cancels a course, a full refund or alternative course date will be offered.
 

5. Attendance and Participation
 

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children attend sessions on time and have suitable internet access and equipment for online learning.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues outside our control.

Missed sessions are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled unless agreed otherwise at our discretion.
 

6. Parental Responsibility
 

As our services are provided to children, all bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the child’s educational needs and contact details.
 

7. Behaviour and Conduct
 

We reserve the right to remove a student from a course without refund if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or negatively impacts other students or tutors.
 

8. Intellectual Property
 

All course materials, worksheets, videos, and resources provided by Tutoring with Mrs P remain our intellectual property.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, or resold without prior written permission.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

While we aim to provide high-quality educational support, we do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes.

Tutoring with Mrs P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
